This program aims to collaborate with churches to establish and promote a culture of holistic discipleship in each of their members.

It consists of a training on basic doctrine with 8 weeks focused on the values of the church; followed by 6 weeks that go deeper into evangelism, multiplication, character development, and more.

Afterward, there are 4 weeks of practical application, allowing participants to put the knowledge acquired into practice in real-world scenarios.

Finally, the program concludes with a graduation ceremony where each church sets the expectations for its graduates.
